When will I receive my order?
Depending on your location within the United States, the delivery time for your artwork can vary. Generally, you can expect it to arrive at your home anywhere between 3 to 9 business days. This timeframe accounts for differences in shipping distances and regional delivery schedules. We currently have success rate of 95% for delivery in 6 days or less.
How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is simple! Most orders ship within 2-5 business days after you place them. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Be sure to check your spam folder, just in case it gets filtered there. If you haven't received an email after 6 days, don't hesitate to contact us!
Do you offer worldwide delivery?
We are currently only shipping to USA, however if you want to receive a delivery elsewhere you can contact us and we will see if we can accommodate something for you.
My package says delivered but I haven't received it
If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, start by reviewing the tracking details in your email. Sometimes, packages are misplaced or delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you're still unsure, contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance, as they can provide more specific information about your delivery.
How do you pack your prints?
We meticulously prepare your artwork for shipping. Prints are carefully wrapped in protective layers and placed in robust tubes to ensure they arrive safely. For framed pieces, we use reinforced boxes filled with protective materials like air cushions and bubble wrap, guaranteeing secure transport.
Do I have to pay any extra fees?
You won't incur any additional charges upon delivery. However, if any issues arise, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We're here to help resolve any problems promptly and efficiently.
I received the wrong artwork
No worries! In the unlikely event of that happening, we will send you the correct one at our expense entirely.

What are the frame dimensions of your framed canvas prints?
The perceived height of the frame is 1.25 inches. The full dimensions are 1.125x1.625x0.5
How do I take care of my canvas?
- For quick cleaning, dust your canvas with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
- For a deep clean, use a clean damp cloth to wipe the canvas as gently as possible.
- Do not display in area with direct sunlight to keep the print from fading over time.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasive tools that may damage the canvas or scrub away the ink.
Is the texture of the art realistic?
The texture looks realistic especially on canvas prints, however naturally everything that is printed does not have 3 dimensional nature. But due to the texture of the canvas itself, the print looks textured but it's an illusion.
How often do you create new art?
